Description
2023 Double L Fixed-Length Conveyor 9134
Your product need a convenient way to travel from your cleaning operation into your storage. Imagine that job without conveyors. Chemical application and product unloading and cleaning would all have to be done in your storage.
It's not enough to convey product from Point A to B. There's a difference between just doing a job and doing it well. There is a quick way to distinguish between quality equipment and the pretenders. The good stuff is always painted yellow. Double L's equipment is designed to smarter, more durable, and more tailored to your specific needs than what's offered by the rest of the competition.
Features may include:
-
NO-DROP TELESCOPING BELT
Anytime your product is dropped, the drop may cause damage to it. Only Double L offers a telescoping conveyor that doesn't introduce drops along the belt path. No more sacrificing product quality for the convenience of a telescoping conveyor. -
V-GUIDE BELT TRACKING
Properly tracking a rubber belt on a conventional pulley-style conveyor can be very tedious. If not done properly, a misaligned belt can rub against the steel frame of the machine and cause damage both the belt and machine. V-Guide belt tracking eliminates this hassle by tracking the belt along a formed ridge built into the frame. The ridge prevents the belt from shifting during operation. -
VULCANIZED RUBBER DRIVE PULLEY
Friction between the belt and the drive pulley is critical to the efficient operation of the conveyor. Vulcanized pulleys increase the friction between the belt and pulley and correspondingly increase the motor's torque transmission to the belt. -
SMOOTH STEEL TAIL PULLEY
For years, self-cleaning pulleys were used in the tail of the conveyor. They worked decently for preventing dirt build-up between the belt and pulley, but their star-shaped design would bounce the belt. The belt in the conveyor rides much more fluidly with smooth steel pulleys. -
BUTT-TOGETHER COUPLING
Introducing drops along every conveyor transition is hard on your product. Straight sections of your conveyor line can connect end-to-end without causing unnecessary product drops. -
DOG-LEG DISCHARGE
Not all handling lines flow in a straight line directly from trucks into storage. When two conveyors connect at an angle, product drop can be a concern. The dog-leg discharge on a conveyor can lower product closer to the belt of the next conveyor downstream. -
HOPPER BOWL
Product discharging from one leg of a handling line can tumble erratically into the next leg in the line. A hopper bowl catches product and funnels it down to the belt of the conveyor. -
CHUTE ATTACHMENT
Curb some of the unpredictability of product flow with a chute attachment. The chute attaches to the discharge end of the conveyor and guides product in a less haphazard flow onto the belt of the next conveyor in the line.
